Creating my learning contract was…. an experience. My meeting with Katherine was cut short due to a CAPS appointment, so we ended up working on it in three different places; Katherine’s office, the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and on a walk to Whole Foods once we got to New York.
One of the most difficult things about creating this contract was trying to interpret and narrow down the very broad learning objectives lain out at the beginning, especiallaly because a lot of things I wanted to work on weren’t quantifiable. Most of my goals had either “work on” and “identify”, which led Katherine to suggest synthesizing my notes and observations into reflective posts upon our return to Atlanta.
