As an integral part of SUMMIT, Agnes Scott students create a digital portfolio (personal website) that showcases their accomplishments, learning outcomes, and personal reflections during their academic journey. To produce their portfolios, students utilize digital tools including WordPress, Adobe Suite, data visualization applications, audio/video software, and also have access to one-on-one peer tutoring sessions with fellow Scotties. The Digital Portfolio Showcase is the culminating annual event highlighting the curated websites of senior students from all disciplines and majors. Students complete their SUM400 requirements by submitting their websites for faculty and peer review.
The top student websites are scored by a panel of judges comprised of industry leaders who interview and rate students’ digital portfolios based upon a detailed rubric. View the Archive of Excellence for each DP Showcase.
