The titles “Crave” (such a great word) and “Sublime Hunger” push me into a realm of wonder and beyond the clinical. The notion of searching for the sublime, and what you are doing with your own work, and then the Joel Peter Witkin that came “by way of a miracle” (such a funny turn of a phrase), are so spot on for the kind of research I want you to be doing as a precurser to your making for the rest of the semestr. Very exciting!
